Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on this website.

Product Information
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information accurately.

However, minor errors may occur, and product colors or appearance may vary depending on the customer’s device or display settings.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, pricing or product information errors, or shipping restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount collected by REKITEE will be refunded using the original payment method.

Pricing
Prices may be changed without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, displayed prices and order totals do not include import duties, taxes (including VAT/GST), customs clearance fees, or other import-related fees charged by customs authorities or the carrier.

International Orders
For orders shipped outside Japan, import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, disbursement or advancement fees, handling fees, and other import-related charges may apply.

These charges are not included in the product price, shipping fee, or order total and are the recipient’s responsibility. They must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority or carrier and may be collected before or upon delivery.

REKITEE does not charge or collect these fees and cannot determine their exact amount in advance. For questions regarding the amount or breakdown of these charges, please contact the relevant customs authority or carrier directly.

EU Orders (IOSS Notice)
We are not registered for the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS).

For orders shipped to the European Union, import VAT is not collected at checkout unless expressly stated otherwise. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and import-related carrier fees are the recipient’s responsibility and may be collected by customs authorities or the carrier before or upon delivery.

Because these charges are paid directly to customs authorities or the carrier and are not collected by REKITEE, they cannot be refunded by REKITEE.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to non-payment of these charges, any refund or reshipment will be handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Actual return shipping, reshipping, and carrier charges may be deducted from any refund or charged to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, images, text, logos, videos, graphics, and music, is owned by GUEST CULTURE Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or commercially used without prior permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GUEST CULTURE Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products, or from delays, interruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or any mandatory consumer rights.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service and all transactions conducted through this website are governed by the laws of Japan.

However, nothing in these Terms of Service limits any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections available under applicable law.

Subject to such mandatory rules, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes will take effect when posted on this website. Unless required by applicable law, changes will not apply retroactively to orders that have already been accepted.
